AGM was retained as the exclusive broker to market the subject property based on a sale leaseback by a franchisee operating Hooters restaurants in WA, OR and CA. The operator needed to maximize the value of real estate, while keeping rent expenses comfortable for the operation of the restaurant. Threshold and market analyses yielded a rent that made sense for the operator and we listed the property at specified terms. We procured the buyer directly through our 1031 & Done program, whose property we had just sold.
